呀,我进度太慢了,这是第3周的课,现在已经是第5周了!
决定了,少说废话,多发照片~
Quiche Lorraine。这塔皮第2周上课时就做好啦,收进冷冻库,让面团休息。休息是为了让面团走更远的路,好让面团进烤箱加热后不会紧绷,扭曲。
做这道Quiche Lorraine 特简易。塔皮预先烤至半熟。把洋葱,培根,parsley切碎,铺在塔皮上。加入蛋奶液,撒芝士,继续烤,收工。
多得Jason的教导,现在的我,不消2分钟就可以把一颗洋葱剁碎了!哈说起Jason,也要在这里做个记录。继前一晚在Bistro看到Jason后,这天竟然让我发现他就在隔壁班教课!怪了,前两星期咋地我从没见过他在隔壁班呢?然后呢,我运气是特别好。我在班上的站位(不是座位 - 上烘焙课的教室是木有椅子坐滴~)正正对着我班和隔壁班之间的小玻璃窗。有事没事抬头就会不小心看到他。呵呵,真把我乐得~~注:我绝对不是偷窥狂,我真是无意中抬头才会见到他的。
对这堂课总不抱任何期待的我,这个发现真给了我莫大的动力来上课!
下边那排是迷你版的Quiche Lorraine,塔皮我做的;上面那排是Mushroom Quiche,塔皮是我的partner Jess做的,mushroom filling是我们用bacon filling和Por交换的~哈~
老师让我们拿2个当午餐,于是Quiche Lorraine 和 Mushroom Quiche 我各拿一个。带回家,晚餐时间,把两个quiche拿到烤箱加热,各切成6小份,晚餐后让大家当零嘴,反应出乎意料地不错。这样貌嘛,是平凡了些(那叫一点吸引力都没有),可里边的蛋奶液还是软嫩嫩的,和培根parseley一块儿吃,味道也不错。姑姑称作蛋塔。。。嗯,我也不晓得他的中文名,姑且称之咸蛋塔好了。
今儿个在Bake shop用超低价买了streaky bacon(就是Butchery的学生准备,然后被送到Bake shop贱卖的产品),于是就想着,周末再来做一回quiche好了~
