Sorry, but because of many reasons, I just managed to watch kimi's crash in the Rally Finland 2009 just now. Although I knew he was alright, my heart almost lost beats when I saw his car rolled over for 360 degree. And omg, I love the spirit of the spectators - they ran immediately to kimi's car and helped out. Finally they managed to drag kimi's car out of the ditch, but when kimi it a try, it was too badly damaged for him to carry on, so he climbed back out. The crowd then cheered for him and gave him a warm applause and kimi waved back to them. Ohh I gotta love the rally fans!
From the onboard video clip when kimi crashed, his first words after the crash were: are you okay? (he was asking his co-driver kaj lindstrom). And then he asked, did I go too fast? And kaj answered no. Awww...Sorry, but I just easily got touched by these trivia things kimi did.
Oh yes, I'm interested in rally now. I was wondering if I would follow rally if kimi decided to go on rally after he retired. Now my answer is definitely YES! He has proven his talent in rally, I don't care about his accident, as long as no one was injured. I'm proud of him! <3 (Oh blogger should really create some emoticons - I need a love emoticon here!)
